How to Log in to the App Using Your Binance Futures API Key and Secret

Follow these detailed steps to log in to the app using your Binance Futures API key and secret:

Step 1: Generate Your Binance API Key and Secret

  1. Log in to your Binance account via the official Binance website or mobile app.
  2. Navigate to the API Management section.
    • On the website, find this under the user profile menu.
    • In the mobile app, you may need to access the security or account settings.
  3. Click Create API Key.
    • Provide a label for the API, such as "TraderHelper".
  4. Complete the security verifications (e.g., email, phone, and 2FA if applicable).
  5. Your API Key and Secret will be displayed. Copy them to a safe location immediately. The secret will only be shown once.

Step 2: Ensure Correct API Permissions

While creating or editing your API key, ensure the following permissions are enabled:

  • Enable Futures Trading - This is required for automating trades on Binance Futures.
  • Avoid enabling Withdrawal Permissions for security reasons.

Step 3: Open the TraderHelper App

  1. Launch the TraderHelper app on your device.
  2. On the login screen, locate the fields for the API Key and API Secret.

Step 4: Enter Your API Credentials

  1. Copy the API Key from your Binance account and paste it into the respective field in the app.
  2. Repeat this process for the API Secret.
  3. Double-check that both keys are entered correctly to avoid errors.

Step 5: Confirm and Connect

  1. Tap Login or Connect to link your Binance Futures account to TraderHelper.
  2. Wait for the app to validate the credentials and establish a secure connection.
